Fuel Tonics is a sole proprietor business. Paul D. Mendes is the principal owner. It is Mr. Mendes' intention to offer outside ownership in Fuel Tonics on an equity, debt, or combination basis in order to facilitate the start-up and growth of Fuel Tonics. Mr. Mendes holds a BS degree in sales and marketing from University of Devry. He has held positions in successful retail and restaurant corporations.
